Dear friends,

My most sincere thanks to all of you who supported the Santa Fe Salsa Rueda Festival 2010 and help make the event a total success.  Very special thanks to Barbara Kazen without whom this festival would not have had happened.   Barbara contribution and dedication were invaluable.   Many thanks to all the rueda students and the other volunteers who help this event occur.  Finally, thanks to the instructors and participants who made this event memorable through the quality of teaching, dedication, fun and love for Latin dance.  Thanks to  Changui Son for playing such a great music.

There is a lot more dancing in Santa Fe this week.  Tomorrow night a great Cuban band, Tradison, will be playing at the Santa Fe Bandstand on the plaza at 6:00pm.  I am inviting all my students to come and enjoy this unique opportunity.  We will be doing ruedas all levels as well as couple dancing.  

Rueda classes continue this Friday and Sunday at Pomegranate Studio.

The Albuquerque Latin Dance Festival (ABQ LDF) will take place from Aug 23 – 29, 2010.  Save the date!
